ASUS laptop won't let me type PW

My new ASUS laptop won't let me past the first character of my PW.

If the laptop is new, and having any problems, you should contact the place of purchase, or the manufacturer, as new devices shouldn't give you problems.

Hi, if you refer to PW the PassWord, make sure your Caps Lock is not enabled.
