Asus laptop won't turn back on

My Asus laptop won't turn back on. I was watching movies on it and it just shut off. It was plugged into the wall when it shut off too. It made a weird noise then shut down. Now nothing it won't do anything. Plz help.

How loud was the fan when it happened? Have you looked at the internals? What was the CPU temp when it happened? Does the fan turn on? Does the power LED turn on?
