The only BIOS updates which are compatible with your ASUS notebook are those which are available (if any) from the ASUS website.
Flashing the BIOS with an update not supplied by ASUS is liable to kill your notebook.

And WHAT makes you think it WILL take 16gb of ram ?

And WHY bother...it makes VERY little difference ?
