asus non removebal battery

recently i upgraded my ram on my asus x540la and added an ssd drive but now the battery wont work but the pc turn on when plugged in
ps the battery was working before the upgrade

You may have knocked something loose, or even damaged something, that connects the battery. I would start there. Also, all batteries are removable, just not always easily. Otherwise even the manufacturer would not be able to replace it.

It is possible it is just severely drained. I would try charging it while the device is turned off and see if it it charges. If not, then the above are your best bets.

the lid for for the battery show that it is fully charged and the system detect it but it's not working
it only work to keep the date on the bios right

The date on bios is the CMOS battery, not the battery that powers the laptop.

when i opened the pc there was no cmos battery and i remove the battery for some time and the date on the bios mess up

Most computers (laptop or desktop) still have a CMOS battery. Have you looked up the specs for yours to be sure it doesn't?
