To be short my computer was having problems and I wiped the whole machine, with DBAN / boot-N-nuke, and installed Windows 7 and cannot connect to the internet. It says there is no network driver. Also for some reason when i connect a WiFi adapter via USB and try to set it up with the setup CD it says it doesn't detect the device so all in all my USB ports provide power but don't read and i have no drivers for my network / Ethernet controllers and cant find any for my model notebook (Q551L) its a 2 in 1. I tried multiple suggestions online and downloaded drivers and tried to set them up on my PC and none have worked so far, so I decided to make my own thread to get another perspective on this. then i tried updating my PC to Windows 10 because it came with Windows 8 and didn't know if it running Windows 7 was the issue.
