Asus ux303ln not powering on

Bought this laptop a while back for school and it has been working great until now.

Shut it off for the night and when I wen to power it on the next day, pressing the power button did nothing but illuminating the power button key on the keyboard. No hdd light indicator, no fan noise, no heat, screen does nothing, keyboard doesn't illuminate (with exception of the power key).

I have tried holding the power button down for extended periods of time, plugged in and unplugged.

I am wondering if anyone any solution to this problem before I take it to the asus service center near where I live.
