Asus x550dp problem

Hi,so I have an Asus X550DP laptop and about a week ago it started to act strange, the charger wont charge it from time to time,and yesterday it completely stoped.When I press the power button it turns on but nothing shows up on screen,the "on" light is on and the hdd led turns on for like 2 sec and then slowly turns off,the fan works for 1 sec then turns off(normally worked allways) and after ~ 20 sec it turns off..I tried many solutions that i've seen on websites like pulling out the battery and AC adapter and pressing 10-60 sec the power button,I reseated ram modules and reseated CMOS but nothing worked for me,so I'm bagging for help .Thanks!

Sounds like a bad motherboard, have you tried running only on battery or only on the wall power, do either of those enable the system to turn on.

Yes I did,but no luck..
