Question ASUS Zenbook UX330U Laptop

Good Day.
My ASUS ZENBOOK, Model UX330U i5 Notebook, is 5 yrs old.
When Laptop is on and am using any website on browser, and I press some keys like Q , Backspace, etc etc, it goes back to main screen.I have to go back to browser to locate previous page each time.Similarly I have to press some keys deep/hard, then it work. I am not PC expert.
Kindly help.

Have you been allowing Windows and your applications to stay updated?

Also, have you scanned for malware recently?

Is there a collection of debris around the keys? The pressing hard comment suggests a physical issue that may be improved by taking a can of compressed air and blowing crud away from your keyboard.

Hi,
Thank you for suggestion. AS per your advice, today I updated Windows and applications , with virus scan.
Everything is ok, but when I press 3 keys, Q, E and backspace ,it goes to desktop screen and I have to go open explorer again.
Any relevent hint,help , please .

Did you clean the keyboard? Also, do you have an external keyboard? If attached, does it behave properly?
