Probably not. Just to many good phones for a much better price. Not to mention a few that have GPS hardware included that just require the software to go with it. I would have to think the price will drop fast since I have a feeling sales will just not be that good and being that they are at the same price range as an iPhone it will be hard to compete with all the great apps and features you can get with it.

Hell no I would not consider it, I'd pick up an iPhone before this but the Palm Pre is also dirt cheap right now with a contract compared to this and much more attractive hardware to boot.

i'd pay 3 bones for it if it had no contract. I have a phone and a gps, it'd be nicer to have an all in one yes, i wouldn't have to share the one 12v outlet in my car.

Too little too late.

And you wonder why Garmins stock has dove from $120 a share to around $30 in less then two years.

Delays delays delays... another failed product to add to their ever growing list.

I think this is a very attractive phone, but I do agree that its been delayed wayyy too long. Even at a lower price it has a look of been there! There's just nothing too interesting or compelling about it. I'm sure the GPS is excellent, but no body is that hard up about a good GPS unit to get a phone with it. Plus ya, a lot of smartphones have that covered.

Not sure about the OS, but can't imagine its anything amazing.

However it had in its database, a true GPS system.. Independent of phone networks, that would be interesting.. Even with my iphone GPS is still have to load maps from the internet. That would be nice to be independent. Wonder if this GPS will do that. But that would still hardly compel me to buy this phone.

Does anyone else think that smartphones are starting to look a lot like the data pads or tri-corders from Star Trek...? OK, a geeky comment, but...
