I have a cell phone Luna TGL-800S I shut up on the floor all functions work well only now it goes out of service, please can you help me cause this and what should I do to repair it

Apologies but your post is hard to understand. What do you mean you shut it up on the floor? And out of service? Do you mean it is getting no actual service (no calls, texts, etc.) or do you mean it won't turn on? Clearer details please.
