The autocorrect function in mobile phones often causes gaffes that we find entertaining. However, Wed autocorrect resulted in a small panic, and the temporary closure of two nearby schools in Gainesville, Ga. The misspelled word "gunna" was changed to "gunman," leading to the misconception. Autocorrected message leads to school lock down and turned them to panic. A lockdown is an emergency protocol to prevent people or information escaping, which usually can only be ordered by someone in command.

actually on the Thunderbolt if you type in "Gunna" the phone automatically corrects it to "Gunman". I stopped using "Gunna" and now use "Gonna" cuz that does not autocorrect
