I have an asus x552cl,running windows 8.1 pro(atm)
A while ago,i was playing overwatch,when the game started lagging very hard,so i restarted my pc.When it rebooted,it was running very slow,explorer was not responding,programs were not responding,so i decided to reinstall my OS.
I reinstalled my os,installed all the drivers and Google Chrome,but it was still the same,so i rebooted again.
Next time i rebooted,my pc went into automatic repair,then diagnosing your pc,but failied to diagnose and now it's stuck in this loop everytime i restart.
In the past i've had some problems with my hard drive,but it got fixed.(i dont know if this helps anyway)
I've been trying to fix it for a while,but i can't,so i need your help.
Here is a picture with the specs and some other things the service that fixed my hard drive did
