Question Bad graphics card

My cf-53 panasonic not display on screen also on external monotor. Hmm i think is bad graphics card. Pls help me how do I get the video card. I’ve checked most of the online market availability in my country but I can find it

Is the driver installed and up to date?

Some laptops have a BIOS setting which prevents external screens from working (my ZBook and many of my Dells have this setting).
