Bad problem with my laptop please help

I have an asus x202e and the problem is sometimes and when I restart it
Screen comes white with small line.
Also charge sometimes he won't charge!
So please help me

If system won't charge, try another charger, try another battery.

The small line could be a cable loose or a failing screen.
