How much money and how good of a subwoofer do you need to make your chest feel the Bass. Links to speakers would be good

Budget? There's going to be a huge difference in $100 computer speakers vs a $15,000 - $20,000 7.2 channel surround setup with 2 of these.

To feel the bass in your chest requires a subwoofer than plays pretty loud in your room at the distance you sit from it. It also depends on whether you are using it for home theater or for music. A forward firing sub will do this better than a downward firing or side firing sub. Multiple subs may be needed depending on the size of the space.
If you want dance club sound you need a PA type subwoofer or subwoofers.
