Bass transducer/Tactile transducer usage with headphones

Hi!
Maybe my plans and wishes are stupid due to lack of knowledge in audio stuff, so if you see that - than say so and stop my stupidity

Situation:
After moving to new flat listening to music through speakers become an issue due to my neighbors who apparently don't share my musical tastes and volume of music. So I had no choice but to switch to headphones. But in some way it doesn't give feeling which I had from sub-woofer and speakers. Later my friend told me a little bit about devices like bass transducer or tactile shakers which can be mounted under my chair and enjoy music without disturbing my neighbors. After some investigation about these devices i only came to frustration because all those descriptions I found on the internet didn't answered my questions and only new questions arise.

What devices I already own and which I plan on using:

PC with Sound Blaster ZxR
TV avd Pioneer VSX-417 receiver

Questions which bother me:

1. First of all is such schema usable with headphones and will it give me at least some improvement or maybe it isn't worthy at all?

2. Will my good old Pioneer VSX-417 suffice for such project, or I need one of those specific sub-woofer amplifiers I saw in all such DIY projects ?

3. If VSX-417 will suffice and if I understand everything correctly in order to connect transducer to PC I'll need to connect PC to receiver and receiver will be connected to transducer or is there a possibility to connect transducer directly to my sound card?

4. If everything above isn't total insanity and it actually comes to buying transducer what transducer I should go for? I can afford to spend on this project probably some 350 euros but I would prefer some cheaper solutions, but without large sacrifices on quality.

5. Alternatives, better Ideas and solutions to solve my problem are much appreciated

For gaming and some movies the transducer will be great. On music it will not add as much since it really doesn't play notes just vibrates you.
Better headphones and/or a DAC headphone amp will give you a better result for music with improvements in all ways not just making your neighbor happy.
If you decide to use the transducer you can use the receiver as an amplifier for the transducer but not for the headphones if the sub out is turned off when you plug the headphones in (try it).
If you plug your headphones into the PC (setting for 2.1 channels) and connecting the PC sub out to any analog input on the receiver (set it for stereo) and connect the transducer to that speaker output.
If you attach the transducer to your chair and isolate that from the floor it will not transmit bass to your neighbor as strongly as the subwoofer did.
