battery below wrong

In my dell insprion n4110 lap their wrong mark on battery symbol ,if i touch that gives consider replacing of your battery, but is charging correctly.

Usually this happens if battery is unable to give appropriate backup and degraded beyond 30% capacity. It will not be able to hold charge for longer durations and will give less battery backup.

The battery will lose capacity over time.
