The battery may well be in need of replacing. It is not uncommon for them to give incorrect readings of being charged more than they are when they are going bad.

I agree - - - the battery most likely needs replacing.

You can buy a new one either through Lenovo (safest but most expensive option) or from a third-party vendor (cheaper but carries some risk regarding safety & 100% compatibility).
