Battery life EasyNote A8550 vs TavelMate 4062 LMI

I'm considering buying one of the two following laptops:

#1: Acer TravelMate 4062 LMI: £599 (inc VAT) from a local shop

I tend to justify the price difference on the basis of a lighter, smaller, handier laptop in the case of #2. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any information on the battery life of this laptop, and I'm very reluctant to proceeding with the purchase before I have some idea on this matter. I'm expecting at least 2hr, although I would very much prefer 2:30hr minimum.

Would you be so kind to provide any suggestions/alternatives?

Avoid Acer like the plague - crappy support service. You will certainly pay for it in the long run - chances are they will have it longer than you when things go wrong!

Apparently, Acer has pretty bad customer service in Europe. I don't know about the US but I THINK the situation may be better. So, I guess I'd go for the...well, non-Acer laptop, if I were u 😛
