Battery not charging while the laptop is on.

I have a acer predator and have been using it for 5 months now byt since last one month my laptop wont charge if its ON, and to charge it i would have to shut it down and than it would charge efficiently. Solution plz

which version do u have the G3 571 or 572?

ah i see.i have the g3-572 with the metal blade fan.and the latest bios is 1.13 not sure if its the same for your model.have u try reinstalling the battery driver from the device manager?
