Battery Not Increasing

Can someone help me? I have an Acer Aspire E14 laptop ang the issue is when i plugged it to its charger the battery percentage won't increase even when i leave it for an hour, and one thing that i noticed is that the orange led battery indicator was blinking even the battery is not 10% yet. That only blinks when the battery is low but in my case the battery was still 65%, hope someone can help me with this issue 🙁

Sounds like a dying battery, how old is it?

My laptop is only one month old

I would take it back under warranty, it seems possibly faulty.
