Why am I getting this message?

Like 10 minutes ago. Well I installed new windows and was installing new drivers from sony's website. And it doesn't matter it can be connected to the wall or not, I will keep getting that. I need to end the process tree in order to stop from popping out. But when I restart it starts doing it again.

I'm guessing your laptop was not qualified to run whatever version of windows you upgraded to

I suggest trying to install an older driver for the battery - or one specifically from Sony's website

you can check msconfig and remove the process from starting after every reboot, too

I downloaded the driver and it was called ISB utility and that's what was causing the pop up. I uninstalled it and now it's gone.
