Question Battery readings

This is getting weird. Have a SKY Elite P55Max (p.o.s) that when I charge on an outlet, it's charges 100%. Then I take it to my comp and plug it in and get a reading of 62%. This is happening just about every charge now. What the heck???

Are you connecting to a regular USB port on your PC or to a USB-C port?
