Battlefield 3 low fps on high end computer

Hi, I have a problem with battlefield 3 game, the frames are not reaching more than 50, although it reaches 150 frames in battlefield V & I don't have any problem with any other strong graphic games.

CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K

GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 8GB ROG STRIX OC

Ram: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz

Display Screen is 244 Hz full HD

Same Problem over here with a pretty decent PC as well. I really hope there is someone that can help. I already tried a lot. Also, I was running the game with my PC with 144fps already before and all of a sudden it's dead.
