It depends on how you use a phone. What do you see as the pro's and cons of each?

The net browsing speed is dependent on your carrier, so there isn't much that a given phone can do for you in that regard. Another thing to keep in mind is whether or not your prefer a physical keyboard. I believe that the E5 has a physical keyboard, but the galaxy does not.

If it were me, I'd probably go for the Galaxy, as it seems to be a more feature rich phone.
