Been on Verizon family plan with other family members , I want to break away from them & get a Verizon prepaid phone card ever

I want to get off the family plan with other family members with Verizon and buy my own prepaid Verizon unlimited talk & text for $45 a month . How do I go about doing that ?

My phone is with in a family plan with Brother && sister . It's in my brothers name & I pay for my line. However due to other circumstances it has become strained. I want to get a prepaid Verizon phone card monthly and not deal with trying to get with them . How can I get a Verizon prepaid phone card & add those minutes to my own phone ? I know I can buy the Verizon prepaid cards at Walmart or Dollar General. How do I go about doing that ?

first, contact verizon to cancel the line. then ask them about how to use your phone for prepaid.
