Best 1080p 30fps wide screen camera for cheap

Ok so I'm basically looking for a cheap priced camera that will record 1080p in 30fps (or something close to 30) that also has a wide screen lense, but that is around $100 but mostly under 100 if possible.. That that experienced with cameras, and ahve no idea where to start my search! Also has to shoot good in low lighting as my room has sort of bad lighting when it comes to video recordings

The same camera may go by 10 different part / model numbers based on which regions firmware is installed on it to 'configure' it for that part of the world.

You have electronics mega-stores everywhere and the US dollar is recovering.

Just walk into a few store and ask around.
Then check out the websites of the associated gear.

You could get older JVC and Sony gear at a discounted price for sure, but it might be 1080i instead of 1080p.

I don't know about low light performance for either or if either has a wide angle lens.
I could find nothing used for under $100 that comes close to what you want.

Finding one that meets your needs for $100 or less is going to be a challenge. Your best bet may be to find a good used camcorder.

Great! Are there any test videos showing the quality of these camcorders out? Also, are these camcorders mountable to tripods?

I'm guessing that you would be able to mount either on a tripod.
