Best $400 Touchscreen Laptop?

$400 Is My max budget. I don't want to go anything over that price unless necessary and i dont want to go anything under $400. I'm in the USA. I'm going to be using it for social media and Minecraft. I want it to have fast internet.

Never mind, i was looking at the i3 Surface pro 3.

The Surface 3 (non pro) is only $409 on Newegg right now for the 2GB/64GB version. But.... it's only 2GB of RAM.

Why touchscreen? Touchscreen laptops are yuck. Mine as well just get a ipad or something and play minecraft while on social media with "fast internet".
