Question Best 4k TV with a 43 inch screen or less?

Been spending hours trawling the internet and all these different models are making my head spin. Basically I want the best quality 4k TV I can get with a screen no bigger than 43 inches. Sound I'm not so bothered about because I can get a sound bar, but it can't be bigger than 43 inches as the room it's going in isn't massive, and I really want the best quality I can get. Any ideas?

Unfortunately all the best quality TVs start at 55" or 65"
A 43" TV should be watched from about 5-7' away so the room has to be pretty small.
