best brands for gaming headsets

wondered wich would be better wouldn't mind surround sound not sure if you can get that in a gamming headset any recommendations wich would sound better high end headset or high end speakers.

is this a good pair? is this a good deal

EDIT: A really good surround sound system is usually pretty pricey compared to a 7.1 surround headset

You could also look at the Kingston HyperX Cloud 2, it has virtual 7.1 surround sound that work reasonably well. Although not as well as true 7.1 surround sound which is way more expensive. IMO the cloud 2 offers good build quality with a metal frame and stitched leather at a decent price.
