Best Budget Headphones?

I am looking to spend about 70 Canadian. Need the best quality HEADPHONES not earphones as some of you mix those two up.

i personally use ath-m50s and they are great. i paid about $180 but there is a pretty good deal on ebay right now http/www.ebay.com/itm/Open-Box-Audio-Technica-ATH-M50S-Straight-Black-Pro-Studio-Monitor-Headphones-/321222059452?pt=US_DJ_Monitoring_Headphones&hash=item4aca53a5bc for only $99 (open box but new headphones). more than you wanted to spend but they are worthwhile. if not... just read the link i posted for ideas.
