Best budget laptop within 700$

Hi I am looking for a laptop which gonna be robust and long-lasting. I am not gonna play games. Graphic card not important for me. Please suggest some good quality and build laptops. Thank you.

For non-gaming laptops, I always look to the Dell Outlet Store for scratch and dents or refurbished systems. I got a great deal on a scratch and dent Inspiron 6400 years ago that lasted me for almost seven years.

The only problem I find with this laptop is the lack of storage. If you can live with 128gb, then this is a great one.

There are sub $700 Brand New Macbook Air and Lenovo Thinkpad X260 in where I live in. I'm not sure where to find one for you though, but it's good to note that there are places selling for that low.
