Solved! Best cooling pad ~$40

Hi guys, can you guys recommend me the best cooling pad for around 40 dollars? My girlfriends laptop is getting really bad heating problems especially on those sweltering summer days. It is a 15" laptop.

I've personally never given much credence to laptop cooling pads, as they don't really work like they advertise them to work. You may see a few degrees drop, but otherwise than that, I wouldn't expect much. I always recommend using a laptop on a flat, hard surface, i.e. like a hard cover book or a table.
