Best gaming laptop on the market for under 1000

Im looking for a laptop for playing minecraft while recording with fraps, tf2, portal 2, battlefield 3, maybe battlefield 4 on low (if it can play it at a reasonable fps) and leauge of legends on high

I would like it to be
-15 inches or smaller
-under 1000 (I will go to 1100 if it is really worth it)
-reliable
-good battery life (at least 3 and a half hours)
-play all of the games i named above at at least 50 fps

Alienware m14x r2 $700-900, if you are lucky you might score a r3 model for 900 on the second hand market but retails well over $1000 depending on spec. They are very fast for their size and they look great but have fan noise, you won't find a single gaming laptop on the market with a battery life longer than an hour to two hours tops.

Try the Lenovo IdeaPad Y series. They're good gaming machines, and for $1100, you should be able to get dual graphics cards that will allow you to easily chew through any game you play.

Yes, as suggested above, go for the Lenovo Y-series, Y410p/Y510p

If you are willing to spend around 1200$, you can pick 5th model of Y510p with GeForce GT755M (SLI), which are very Powerful in Gaming.

Avoid buying anything that is known to have hinge and plastics issues with cracking. A lot of the Ideapads are prone to have this issue from normal use and drops.
