Best gaming laptop under Rs 40000

May you guys suggest me a good laptop for gaming under Rs40000.

With that budget, you can't play newer games at higher settings. But take a look at these.

Both of them have the 820M which can play games (not high settings), the Dell has a smaller screen and HDD though. Also no OS. You can get it from your local computer repair shop for cheap.
