India prices high end PC parts at more of a premium than Western countries, so that budget won't go too far.

What sort of games are you going to be playing? If you are running counter strike/league of legends then you should have enough budgeted. If you are going to try playing something like Witcher 3, or Ubisoft games, you won't be able to at that budget.

In your budget you are looking at a laptop with a 960M video card, which is enough for GTA 5 on Medium and Witcher 3 on Lowish to maybe medium. Look for a system with a real quad core CPU, will have an HQ at the end instead of a U. Dell has several models that fit the specs and price, but what is available in your area you will need to research. This system goes on sale at times, black friday time it was under $700. https://www.amazon.com/Dell-15-6-Inch-Quad-Core-i5-6300HQ-Processor/dp/B015PYYDMQ

Bro the model u mentioned in the post is going over budget and currently its for rs 88k on amazon while my budget is 50k. Can u suggest a different model or laptop that fits in my budget?

His point was that there is no laptop within your budget that will do what you want. You either need to up your budget significantly to get a laptop that will meet your expectations, or lower your requirements for the budget you have now.
Gaming power doesn't come cheap.

There simply aren't any laptops in that price range for your games specified. India doesn't have enough demand for high end laptops, so you see a price spike for gaming laptops.

That's as good of a PC as you're going to get for your price range. It's using an underpowered tablet CPU, and stuck with low end AMD graphics that will only push 20 frames per second on Witcher 3, on rock bottom settings in calmer areas. If you try to use a 50,000 laptop to play the witcher, you might as well be using microsoft power point as your display adapter.

You need to up your budget to around 75,000 to afford an MX series CPU, and a decent GPU.

This is your target PC to play the games you want.
