Best headset for less than $50 (USD)

Friend's Logitech G230s have broken - they didn't really suit him, anyways.

As for requirements, I'd just like to get him one with good microphone quality, surround, and decent (or better) build quality.

This headset is awesome if you can grab it for a few bucks over your budget, it's well worth it! 7.1 surround!

This one here is super popular as a budget headset. I know a few guys with this headset and sound quality is pretty solid in skype, vent etc.
