Best laptop for 280 euro's?

32GB SSD

Will the stream with SSD outperform the Aspire by alot?
Laptop will be used for study mainly. Internet and MS Office.
Maybe some CS GO on lowest settings (probably not)

32GB SSD's are weaker then say a 256GB one not to mention 32GB is really low. It will perform better but I don't know how much better but 32GB is just way too small, you might something like 27 Gigabytes available to you.

it really isn't about size, like i said its for study. It will only contain OS, MS Office, office files, and 2 or 3 games.
actually 10GB is more then enough for schoolwork. I have saved up all my schoolwork on a single USB of 2GB

I think you should go for the HP Notebook because the SSD will outperform the 320GB HDD for sure. If size is not an issue then its a done deal it looks like everything else is the same except the aesthetics and chassis. Do you need a card reader? Most laptops have those anyway. I'm assuming they are the same resolution as well (1366x768)
