Best laptop for 650-700$

Need the laptop for general use and maybe some games like csgo and like fifa 17. Want something that will keep up with modern day software for at least 2-3 years in other words future proof

You'll want an Intel CPU and discrete nVidia GPU, 9-series. I have no specific recommendations.
