best laptop for the price range

i wanted to buy a new laptop but cannot figure out which one would be best
Ill be gaming on it too so that has to be kept in mind
price range would be around 700 dollars to 750 max

This laptop is not available in my country
can you suggest the best laptop in the above given price range of the brands dell, hp , lenovo or asus coz these are the common ones where i live and can be found easliy others might not be available
