Best laptop for under €550

I'm looking for the best laptop under €550. The prices may be a bit off because I'm Dutch.
I will use the laptop for school and light photo editing. (Light room)
The editing is pretty basic and not much layers. I don't mind a lower amount of ram because I can put in more myself.

Here's a 15.6" Lenovo Ideapad 300, at €539:

It has a 128GB SSD and the dual-core Skylake i3 comes with the Intel HD 520 IGP which should handle your needs. Only 4GBs of RAM, but it can be upgraded to 8GBs.

But only has 4GB RAM, you'd have to check if upgrading RAM is possible.

Use the Tweakers forum to ask for opinions. The people there are more aware of the prices and such in The Netherlands.

Pretty underpowered for the cost, an i3 and 4GB of RAM for 539 Euros is a bit of a ripoff to put it lightly. :/
Get stuff shipped from the UK via Amazon, it's in the EU, so shipping will be cheap.

Yeah but he seems to want on that's below 14 inch. Can't get one with an i5 etc. for that price.

@OP, for a little more screen size (15.6") and you can get a significantly more powerful CPU and a 1080p display.
Up to you but I highly recommend it.
