I have a $780 gift card for newegg, and I wanted to get a new laptop. I also what to get some accessories, so I want to keep the laptop under $720. What would be the best laptop to get for casual usage/light gaming? I also do some graphic design with Photoshop and Blender, however I'm not too worried about the performance of those applications since I'm used to using them on low-end systems anyways. By "light gaming" I only expect to be able to run games like CS:GO and skyrim, maybe even Overwatch or PUBG(unlikely) on low.

Also, it has to be sold by newegg. And I'd strongly prefer if it has an SSD, because I have a hard drive I can add on top of that.

Your best bet is likely the following Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G-58SA with a Core i5-7200u, nVidia mx150 GPU, and a 256GB SSD for $640 (currently on sale). The mx150's performance is generally between the nVidia GTX 950m and GTX 960m. There are benchmarks for PUBG; you may be able to play the game at 1600x900 with medium settings or 1080p with low settings. But it is definitely playable with very low settings.
