Best laptop for video-editing under 500$?

Hello, I've currently got a 500$ budget on my birthday. But I want to spent it wisely on a video-editing laptop, but I dunno which laptop is the best for video-editing that is under 500$. So can anyone recommend me a video-editing laptop that is thinn, and doesn't weight alot? Cause I want to use it when I'm travelling and etc.
