Best Laptop Help?

Hey there, Thanks for coming along!

I am in High School and need a Laptop for school but there's only one problem. I don't have much money.
Here's what I have right now // and I need one by Christmas.
Budget : $500-$700
KEEP IN MIND : I live in New Zealand, so prices are very different from America and Europe.

Do you think intel iGPUs will be good enough for photoshop, video editing, gaming (don't mind gaming on low) and some browsing.

I am currently at school so I can't do it right now, if you can please check out these sights.

You should not have a problem running the said programs on a computer with a IGPU. You may be better just picking up a laptop from a store. I would recommend this laptop: http://www.harveynorman.co.nz/computers/laptops/acer-aspire-es1-531-c9v1-laptop.html
If you want to know if any other programs would work you should be able to find the minimum requirements on the developers website. =) =) =)
