Best laptop under $500

Hi guys,
I am looking for size between 13-14 inch and minimum ram 4gb.
Right now I have asus x200ma (http/www.asus.com/Notebooks_Ultrabooks/X200MA/) which is very slow for me, the hdd is always working.

Well... the 13-14" requirement is the problem. There are a lot of 15.6" laptops for cheap that have solid performance. This Lenovo G50, the Acer Aspire E5-571-588M, and the much more powerful, but more expensive Lenovo G510.

As for your preferred size, the Lenovo G40 or HP Probook 430 would be considerably more powerful than your current. The HP even has a 128GB SSD, which is pretty unheard of for something in this price bracket.
