Best Laptop Under $700?

What laptop can give me all around the best performance for under $700? I am not a hardcore gamer but I do play minecraft quite often so I would like to get something that can run that smoothly. Thanks!

this is the best i found, has amd quad core cpu, 750gb storage, 8gb of ram and a really good integrated gpu
