Best NC headphones (below $400)

Hello Everyone,

I am currently searching for a good Noise cancellation headphones as my work environment is really loud, people around me are constantly speaking or shouting.
I currently have Teufel aureol real, the sound is good but they aren't NC. I was reading a couple of posts on the internet and I came across Bose QC25 (quite obviously), PSB M4U 2, Sennheiser PX 450, Blu-Mo-Fi (not NR but looks awesome tech)...

read reviews. sound quality is very subjective the more expensive you go.

Find a store that has a good range and try them all out.
