Nextiva service works well. Cannot cancel through online login. Cannot reach customer service to cancel. Need to go direct to my credit card company. Similar to description of inability to cancel service on Metrofax above - are they the same service, or several of these owned by the same place? Either unethical or incompetent or both.

Try MetroFax service on a monthly basis for a few months and use it hard! After 3 months of service I was hit with an overage charge of $10.00 because there is basically NO reasonable way to monitor your usage. The usage counter is for the LAST 30 days NOT start of billing cycle. Other than that the service is pretty easy to use & Customer Service is helpful and nice. With that said, I won't be a MetroFax customer for a 4th month.

FaxZero is selling phone numbers entered into their fax form to scammers who call you offering to fix your microsoft security vulnerability. I just received one from (607) 319-8418.

I signed up for Metrofax a month ago, and after I did, I noticed negative reviews about how you can't cancel the service online and they won't respond when you call or email them to cancel. I got spooked by the negative reviews and decided to cancel it right as my free month came due and they had just charged me. It turns out they did answer the phone (after a slightly long hold), they were courteous, they cancelled me right away, and I asked for a refund, since payment had just gone through. It's about a week later, and they have emailed saying the refund is being processed. I have to say that they are more professional that I thought they'd be, based on these reviews. I do think they need a cancellation option on their website, but once I got ahold of them, they were fine and did what I requested without pressure and with courtesy.

SRFax is unbelievably horrible. Just a "mom & pop" operation. Trying to send an authorization for portability of a toll free # took hours.
Got fed up and quit.
