Best over the ear headphones in $80 budget? Wired/Wireless

I'm not from US. Brand preferences are either Steel Series or Senheiser but others can work too. In case they're available here.

My personal favourite for now are Steel Series ARCTIS 3. Don't know about the sound quality. Will be using for gaming/movies. Need something with good bass.

I'm from Pakistan. I can import from US as well but if I get a good deal/discount otherwise the customs are a ripoff and I'm better off buying here in my country.
