best PC/Laptop for live streaming events to intenet

PC Gurus, I want to live stream lectures into the Internet and record them on the PC. Source is a PTZ camera. What kind of lap top/PC should i be looking at? Thanks for your advice.

Pretty much any laptop will do. The biggest issue would be your upload bandwidth for streaming and what software you setup for the streaming and recording. We use this at my work https/livestream.com/producer/software
